2022 Annual General Meeting

We are excited to announce that the 2022 Annual General Meeting of the Society is set to take place on Saturday, July 9 at 3:00–3:45 pm at 825 Pacific Street, Vancouver, BC V6Z 1C3 (ground floor). The agenda is as follows:

  • Approval of the 2021 AGM Minutes
  • Report from the President
  • Report from the Executive Director
  • Presentation of the Audited Financial Statements
  • Appointment of the Auditor
  • Election of the Directors

What is an Annual General Meeting?

The purpose of an annual general meeting is for members to vote both on issues surrounding the organization and the selection of the organization’s board of directors. In accordance with the BC Societies Act, organizations are required to hold an annual general meeting once a year.
