Imelda Nurwisah is an urban planning and real estate development professional with over 10 years of experience delivering community-focused development and public space initiatives across British Columbia. At Community Land Trust, she oversees a portfolio of affordable housing projects in partnership with municipalities, BC Housing, Canada Mortgage Housing Corporation, and mission-aligned community organizations. Her experience spans feasibility analysis, strategy, land use and entitlement, and development. Imelda has managed and delivered over 500 affordable homes throughout the Province and First Nations communities.
