Eligibility & Process
To be eligible for membership with 221A Artist-Run Centre, you must:
(1) reside within BC at the age of majority,
(2) have not previously been expelled from 221A’s membership; and,
(3) pay a $5 annual membership due.
Applications are reviewed by the 221A Board of Directors based on eligibility and either accepted or rejected (221A Bylaw 4).
Prospective members will be notified of the results within 10 days of submission. If an application is rejected, any dues received shall be refunded in full.
Declaration
Members of the Society must declare commitment to:
- the charitable purposes of 221A;
- comply with all applicable policies of the Society, including its community guidelines, anti-harassment and anti-violence policies;
- doing no intentional harm to the Society; and
- making an annual financial contribution in a range that is meaningful to the member.
Pay Your Membership Dues
Membership dues are $5 or an annual amount that is meaningful to you. All donations eligible for a charitable tax receipt.
