Kaifeng-born Yu Su comes from a classical piano background and works as a sound artist, musician and composer in Vancouver. Through the manipulation of dub appliqué, Yu Su offers an extensive study on acoustic electronica, cultural translation and an ongoing response to the history of ambient music.
