Julia Feyrer & Tamara Henderson work collaboratively across installation, sculpture, book making and film. Their works immerse you in hallucinatory sets that loosely evoke the familiar yet strange locations for escapist films and focus on the potent and transformative states between sleeping and waking, explored within the legacies of Surrealism. The artists work individually and have shared a collective practice since 2009, when they met while studying at the Städelschule in Frankfurt.
