)unauthorisedmovement( seeks to create interventions in varying scales, examining the intersection of experiential live performance, curatorial practices, activism, and digital technologies. This affectation of public, private and intimate spaces through mediated approaches to storytelling and knowledge sharing are inspired by recent forms of activist practices using social media. The project aims to discover ways to express one’s “political voice”, to subvert sensational media and emancipate the citizen/artist/activist. )unauthorisedmovement( asks: Can the repetition of storytelling via social media serve as a momentary rupture in the narrative dominated by sensational media?
