Sam Forsythe’s work is centred in performance, both in individual pieces and with the performance collective, New Forms of Life. His works are mainly text-based, spoken-word performances that blur fact with fiction and engage in ideas of the performative nature of truth telling. For The Part of No Part, Forsythe will write a new text based performance as the script inspired partially by Franco “Bifo” Berardi’s text The Soul at Work (2009).
