Lief Hall

Lief Hall is a multi-media artist and musician whose works often includes elaborate costumes, improvised vocals, 3D computer animation and projection. Based in Vancouver BC, Hall graduated from the Emily Carr University in 2005 with a Bachelors Degree in animation. Hall’s works are otherworldly visions that often explore mythology, spectacle and altered states of consciousness. Hall is one half of the electronic music and performance duo MYTHS, has collaborated as a vocalist with Jeff Allport and Robert Pederson under the name Glaciers and was the vocalist for the no wave punk band Mutators. Hall’s recent works in performance have expanded to include large theatrical productions including Paper House and The Golden Dawn, a MYTHS Electronic Opera.
