Andy Broderick is a managing director of New Market Funds, a nonprofit-owned fund-management company raising and deploying capital that both serves community needs and achieves risk-adjusted market returns. He has more than 25 years of experience in non-profit real estate development including as Vice-President of Impact Market Development and Head of Community Investment at Vancity and President and CEO of Housing Vermont. At Housing Vermont, he helped found Green Mountain Housing Equity Funds raising over $150 million for affordable housing and Vermont Rural Ventures, a CDFI investing in lower-income neighbourhoods in Vermont. Formerly a member of the Vermont Housing and Conservation Board, chair of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Boston Affordable Housing Advisory Board, and chair of the National Association of State and Local Equity Funds, Andy currently serves on the board of the Tsawwassen First Nation Economic Development Corporation.
