221A is pleased to announce the election of two new board members. Kamala Todd and Nathan Grandjambe were voted in at 221A’s Annual General Meeting on September 17, 2024, amongst longtime and new members, tenants & Fellows at 825 Pacific.
The elected members join incumbent Board members:

- Virginia Hong (2022–24, re-elected 2024–27)
- Krystal Paraboo (2022–25)
- Kathy Feng (2022–25)
- Marci T. House (2022–25)
- Ingrid Valou (2023–26)
- Rawan Hassan(2023–26)
Virginia Hong, Chair of the Board of Directors and Afuwa, Associate Director, reported on activities from the 2023-24 fiscal year, including the launch of 825 Pacific, the 221A Fellowship and other catalytic events that grew the organization’s capacity to gather.

221A is a non-profit organization governed by a Board of Directors who supervise and advise management and set the long-term direction of the Society. The Board of Directors place review and approve plans, budgets and policies, delegating day-to-day responsibilities to the Executive Director and staff.
